A beautiful girl’s skirt from the 1900’s w/Art Nouveau embroidery. Handmade & hand-embroidered Color – white Fabric – cotton Description – set-on waistband, the skirt fits smoothly over the hips & flares out towards the bottom w/ a 7″ ruffle.  Has large hand-embroidered flowers w/buds, leaves & sinuous stems on the front & back.   Ruffle accented w/a row of French knots. (White-on-white embroidery.)  Fastens on the side w/a hook & eye.
