This is a World War 2 era dexterity puzzle. “Keep Em’ Rolling for Victory” with British and American flag shields and tanks. It measures 5″ x 3 1/2″ X 3/8″ and is in nice working condition. The cardboard is flat and pretty clean except for a few brown age spots. The glass is clean, the back cardboard has some staining. This is a nice example. Carefully packed for safe shipping.
