Missing Box – You will not receive the original box with this product. Imperfect Box – The box has some dinks, scratches, rips, scuffs or stains . Imperfect Container – The container has some dinks, scuffs or stains on the bottle, label or pump top. Missing Pump – The pump/spray top is missing from the bottle but the product can still be used if you unscrew it. Or, you could use a pump from a previous or similar product. Missing Lid – The lid has gone AWOL. This includes caps and tops, but the product will always be unopened or have some kind of seal. Damaged Lid – The lid will be cracked or might have a little piece missing. The lid will be secured for shipping. Small Amount Missing – A small amount of the product has escaped! The maximum amount that will have leaked is 15% of the total volume, usually a lot less.
